Why our Garlic ?
Our garlic is grown without any non-organic pesticides & herbicides . We use organic practices such as using manure and certified organic fertilizers to ensure we the best garlic crop. We use organic techniques such as using mulch for weed control which replaces the use of any herbicides at all. Garlic is also a very aromas crop which does not require any additional protection from insects if grown in a suitable area, therefore no insecticides are used. We plant our garlic in the fall which allows the garlic to set roots and then go dormant over the winter. This results to our garlic having strong roots and growing a great bulb.
Our Story
At the start of the countryside, nestled among rolling hills of the escarpment and fertile soil, lies our garlic farm. It all began with a dream – a dream of cultivating the finest garlic, grown organically with care, and shared with the world.
In 2019, my family found this land and recognized its potential for agriculture. Over the years, we've nurtured the soil, learning its secrets and rhythms. When the time was right, we turned our attention to garlic – a crop steeped in tradition, flavor, and countless health benefits.
Our journey as garlic farmers has been one of dedication and perseverance. From planting the cloves in the rich earth to tending to the fields under the sun's warm embrace, every step of the process is infused with passion and respect for nature's bounty.
We use sustainable and organic farming practices, working in harmony with the land to ensure its long-term health and vitality. Our garlic is grown without any pesticides or herbicides which are not organic, allowing its natural flavors to shine through.
The variety of garlic we cultivate tells a story of its own – from the robust and pungent flavor of the hard neck Music garlic to the newly introduced Red Russian variety. We take pride in the growth and cultivation of our organically grown garlic and strive to give our customers the best garlic possible.
But our journey doesn't end at the harvest. We carefully select the finest bulbs, hand-picking each one to ensure only the best make it to market. Whether sold fresh or transformed into garlic powder, granules, or butter, our garlic products are a testament to our commitment to quality.
